Ada sesapa yg dah tua bangka tapi kena demam campak? Hahahaha...jgn tak tau...bukan budak kecik jer yg dapat campak ni...mak budak pun boleh kena.Apa? Dah tau? Baguslah...sbb ada org yg tak tau fakta ni...dan manusia bangang tu...akulah!!! Hohoho..sesuka suki jer mengata diri sendiri bangang...but its better dr kata org lain yg bangang.Jap gi instead of dapat campak,kena campak...
Bila diri sendiri dah kena...barulah sibuk nak amik tahu.Selama ni asyik duk ingat budak kecik jer yg dapat sakit ni.Asal-asalnya satu hari tu aku rasa badan aku gatal-gatal...asalnya kat peha.Duk la aku tergaru-garu..Dlm hati duk terfikir, aku ni allergic ke apa? Salah makan ker?
Makin lama makin gatal...tetiba aku nampak rashes tu kat perut...pastu dada...pastu leher...pastu muka...OH NOOOOO!!!! Habislah muka ku nan jelita ini...

Apa lagi, zoooom gi klinik.Memula pegi Doktor tu cakap aku allergic.Dia bagi ubat sapu ajer.Bila balik umah, tetiba demam pulak.Sudah...apa jadah allergic sampai demam? Makan apa aku ni?
Malam pi lagi klinik.Kali ni klinik lain plak.Doktor tu pun cakap aku allergic jugak...siap cucuk lagi..
Balik kat umah..bukan makin surut...makin gatal adalah...tergaru-garu sepanjang malam...
Esoknya demam dah kebah.Pegi keje cam biasa.Tapi aku tgk muka aku makin mengerikan.Merah semacam..makin lama makin merah...xleh jadi ni.Hospital sebelah pejabat jer...so gua sound sama bos nak gi klinik,aku berlari ala-ala Cinderella nak balik umah kul 12.Tutup muka you...maluewwww...
Memula kat kaunter aku ckp ngan nurse nak jumpa pakar kulit sbb dua doktor dh ckp aku allergic.Tapi nurse tu risau tgk muka aku dh mcm bijik saga dah terus direct aku jumpa Doktor klinik dulu sbb nak jumpa pakar kulit lambat ( xder appoinment kenelah tunggu lama).
Bila dah jumpa Doktor...jap jap Doktor tu panggil Doktor lain...Dlm hati aku..sudahhhh...apesal lak ni.Serius bebenor ker? Aku dh cuak tahap gaban dah ni...gigil2 nak terkencing ni...
Tetiba dia tanya," You pregnant tak? "
" No...why?"
"Thank God you tak pregnant...blah blah blah...eh..betul ni you tak pregnant?"
Ishhh...tak caya plak...bak lah sini botol air kencing aku wat urine test...lag,ipun aku mmg nak terkencing nih..
Diorg terus bercakap sesama sdr sambil tgk2 kat aku...siap Doktor pompuan tu selak kain aku tunjuk betis gebu I kat Doktor lagi sorg..Auwww...I malu tawwww...

Tp yg plg ngeri bila nurse yg ada kat dlm bilik tu keep on ckp aku ni mcm ada simptom2 denggi.Setahu aku kalo denggi dh keluar birat2 ni tu dh peringkat berdarah dh tuh.Aku demam sehari jerlah weh..tp takut gak..
Then dia terangkan lah, penyakit ni adalah jangkitan virus, so xder ubat khusus melainkan ubat utk simptom yg muncul.Misalnya,kalau aku demam, dibagi ubat demam, kalo gatal,kahwin..dibagi ubat gatal.Penyakit ni tak serius pada org yg mengidap tapi sangat bahaya pada kandungan peringkat awal (kalo penghidapnya pregnant).Sebab tu lah berulangkali dia tanya aku pregnant ke tak?

Aku masuk ofis dgn bangga tunjuk kat bos MC slip aku pastu berambus balik umah.Mulanya aku ingat nak berehat jer tapi aku ni jenis x sampai ati kalo ada kat umah tapi x amik anak kat umah pengasuh.Elok aku bawak balik dorg.Dahlah si Hakim tu baby lagi...aku lupa risk yg penyakit ni berjangkit.
Lepas dua hari aku gi klinik panel sbb bos aku call suruh bwk MC slip endorse kat klinik panel...kalo tak MC aku x dikira.Cisss...padan muka.Masa tu, aku dah baik demam cuma still gatal2 tapi merah kat muka dh surut.Ubat sapu dhlah kaler putih tu...dah mcm langsuir aku kat umah.
Kat klinik, masa Dr check aku gatal mulut gi tanya samada aku leh gi keje tak esok.Tunjuk alim la tu...Doktor tu senyum jer...pastu dia geleng." NO..saya tambah lagi MC 3 hari sampai Jumaat," kata dia.
Buat buat melopong...padahal dlm hati dh mcm monyet kene belacan.
" Apsal...saya dh sihat Dokter..." Naif soalanku...
" Ianya berjangkit..actually awak still demam sikit," katanya serius sambil menulis2 MC slip aku...
Kali ni aku betul2 melopong..." Abih tu anak2 saya camne.Dahlah saya breastfeed dorg,"
" Dun worry, kalo awak breastfeed, susu awak tu bekalkan antibodi pada dorg.Jgn risau," katanya lagi sambil menulis-nulis kat report.
Jadi..ada banyak fakta kesihatan yg kita kene tau disini yer...sebagai pengetahuan sahaja...

Rubella, commonly known as German measles, is a disease caused by the rubella virus. The name
"rubella" is derived from the Latin, meaning little red. Rubella is also known as German measles because the disease was first described by German physicians in the mid-eighteenth century. This disease is often mild and attacks often pass unnoticed. The disease can last one to three days. Children recover more quickly than adults. Infection of the mother by Rubella virus during pregnancy can be serious; if the mother is infected within the first 20 weeks of pregnancy, the child may be born with congenital rubella syndrome (CRS), which entails a range of serious incurable illnesses. Spontaneous abortion occurs in up to 20% of cases.[1]

Rubella is a common childhood infection usually with minimal systemic upset although transient arthropathy may occur in adults. Serious complications are very rare. Apart from the effects of transplacental infection on the developing fetus, rubella is a relatively trivial infection.
Acquired (i.e. not congenital) rubella is transmitted via airborne droplet emission from the upper respiratory tract of active cases (can be passed along by the breath of people sick from Rubella. The virus may also be present in the urine, feces and on the skin. There is no carrier state: the reservoir exists entirely in active human cases. The disease has an incubation period of 2 to 3 weeks.[2] In most people the virus is rapidly eliminated. However, it may persist for some months post partum in infants surviving the CRS. These children are a significant source of infection to other infants and, more importantly, to pregnant female contacts.
Aku rasa masa aku Form 3 aku dah dpt imunisasi Rubella.Actually kene awal lagi tp disebabkan aku x memasal takut jarum...delay sampai form 3.
Lagi satu...breastfeeding ni banyak pekdahnya.Alhamdulillah, anak2 aku walaupun aku peluk everynight masa sakit...tak jangkit kat diorg.
